All prices quoted are in sterling, and include gas/electric/water bills and air conditioning.

All bookings Saturday to Saturday; the property must be vacated by noon.
A welcome meal including fresh bread, butter, cold meats, cheese & salad is available upon request for 10€ per villa. Please ask for details.
Deluxe welcome meal, including desert & homemade gateaux for 20€.
The villa will be stocked with basic essentials – tea, coffee & powdered milk.
For special celebrations, Anne’s fantastic cakes are available for 20€.
A 25% deposit is required on booking. An additional, refundable deposit of £100 is requested to cover the risk of losses or damage, which will be returned subject to receipt of keys and satisfactory inspection of the villa.
We ask that the full payment reach us no later than a month before the date of your vacation.
