Villa Olivas is situated in Cumbre Del Sol (meaning Sunshine Peak) and is on a mountainside close to the resort of Moraira and Teulada, and the traditional town of Benitachell.

Olivas features a large, terracotta tiled terrace overlooking the sea, a good size communal swimming pool with separate paddling pool, and showers and bathroom directly opposite the villa.

The property features two fully furnished double bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen with gas and electric cooking facilities, bathroom and lounge/dining area. Fully air-conditioned and well equipped, with Sky TV, broadband Internet access, DVD player, iPod station and washing machine among mod cons.

Locality

The location offers spectacular mountain walks, waterfalls, diving, snorkeling, sailing and some wonderful restaurants.

Shops, restaurants, bars and children’s play area are a 5 minute walk away and larger supermarket is a 5 minute drive.
