All prices quoted are in sterling, and include a final cleaning charge, gas/electric/water bills and air conditioning.

A welcome meal including fresh bread, butter, cold meats, cheese & salad is available upon request for 10€ per villa. Ask for details. All bookings Saturday to Saturday; the property must be vacated by noon.
Deluxe welcome meal, including desert & homemade gateaux for 20€.
The villa will be stocked with basic essentials – tea, coffee & powdered milk.
For special celebrations, Anne’s fantastic cakes are available for 20€.
A 25% deposit is required on booking. We ask that the full payment reach us no later than a month before the date of your vacation.An additional refundable deposit of £100 is requested to cover the risk of losses or damage, which will be returned subject to receipt of keys and satisfactory inspection of the villa.
